Waters Edge is a new subdivision in West Little Rock located in the Colonel Glenn/David O Dodd corridor. This is a new area of residential development and is considered the new growth area of Little Rock. Waters Edge consists of approx. 200 lots with a 4 acre lake as the focal point.

Directions: Easy to find and conveniently located. I-430 South to Colonel Glenn exit, go right. Go past The Rave theater to traffic light, David O Dodd. Go left. Proceed aprrox. 2 miles to the Waters Edge entrance. You will see a sign and a brick monument. Go left into the subdivision. 


Spec homes are usually available but many times they sell before they are finished. Our bill of assurance guarantees quality and the integrity of the subdivision. Great lengths have been taken to ensure quality and value. Waters Edge has continually maintained strong prices per square foot therefore making a strong investment.
