Ms. Powell, We are writing to inform you what a pleasure it was to work with Mr. Damon Files on teh purchase of our new home at 110 Woodridge Ct, Little Rock. We had worked with two agents from Crye-Leike on two different homes and it was disastrous from start to finish. It became apparent they were only interested in the sale. In fact, we had considered not using any agents if we continued to look for a new home. The entire experience with Keller Williams was totally different and very refreshing due to Mr. Files. We met him at an Open House in the Woodridge Subdivision, We were both impressed by his professionalism as he took us on a tour of the different new homes. After we selected a home for purchase he followed us through the entire process. He always did everything as promised and provided excellent advice along the way. Mr. Files was even at our closing to make sure everything was correct which was greatly appreciated. We feel that good customer service is important and should be recognized.
